Notes from the brewery: Here we go, another monotonous lager, stifled by bureaucracy. But wait, is that NZ Hops, a truck load of lime and some tantalising umami notes? A redemptive citrus lager that searches for meaning, breaking free of the societal shackles of flavourlessness. Gondola no Uta.

Lime citrus on the nose, with some delicate tropical notes. A crisp and saline body accentuates the refreshing quality of the rice, with a gentle twang at the back end. A super smashable yet flavoursome lager that breaks free of perceptions.

Our delivery policy

We deliver locally (within 5km) between 5pm & 8pm every day we are open. Delivery is free and there are no minimums. Non local delivery is by Australia Post and costs $15 for all orders under $250. For more info, hit the button below.
