Here's a small stash of Gluten Free and/or Reduced beers. Two Bays use malted Millet, Rice & Sorghum as a base for their beers, whereas Fury & Son uses traditional brewing barley and an enzyme that eats gluten, called Clarex. You can read more about Clarex here. Fury & Son cannot label their beer Gluten Free as it's brewed on equipment that handles barley, but each batch is lab tested and returns under 10ppm, which is the tolerance for being Gluten Free. We have explained these caveats to many customers, who have all reported that they experience no symptoms. Perhaps it's worth a try for you!
