Bubbly wine that ain't method traditional or prosecco. It's here. We love this style (and the punters who drink it) for its unpretentious fun nature and approachability. It made wine cool to people who thought that wine wasn't cool. Further, it bridges the gap between the wine & wild beer worlds perfectly... I'll never forget the day way back when we only had a couple of Pet Nats, and one of our customers had tried them all, that Rachel pointed the customer in the direction of the wild beer fridge. Delicious genius.
