Vermouth is our favourite of the spicy wine varieties, and this one's one of our favourites. Favourite of favourites, you say? Damn it must be good! Well, it is. It's friggin good by itself, it's friggin good when in cocktails, and it's friggin good with tonic, matter of fact, I've got it now. This spicy wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Adelaide Hills, fortified with a little neutral spirit, Pomelo from the Riverland and a whole heap of herbs and spices.
