Swiftcrest Distillery Dutch Apple Pie Moonshine 500ml

Sometimes products slip through the cracks and we forget to put the notes up on here, visitors to our store are well familiar with this stuff though - from Carrie & Hank's Mansfield Distillery comes this Dutch Apple Pie Moonshine, a nod to Hank's grandmother's apple pie. I went to make a booze from one of my favourite recipes from my grandmother once, but couldn't quite get sausage roll liqueur drilled. I digress. 

Burrum Biodynamics barley, malted by House of Malt in Ballarat, milled, mashed, fermented, distilled in Mansfield, with a heap of secret spices from Oma's recipe before being blended with local biodynamic Apple juice & raw honey. Gee whiz.
