Small Gods Fafnir's Hoard Hopfenweisse 440ml

Notes from the Brewery: A New Zealand twist to the traditional hop-forward profile of a Hopfenweisse. Heavily dosed with local Pacifica, Rakau, and Motueka hops, it has big NZ hop character delivering notes of apricot, peach, and lime zest. The Hefeweizen yeast gives it a rich traditional German profile with lovely pear drop and banana esters. This bouquet of fruit flavours shines against a fluffy backdrop of wheat malt. The malt provides a subtle sweetness that balances the beer's smooth and crisp bitterness.
