One of the advantages of having your winery share space with a brewery, or vice versa is the ability to share equipment, best typified by this pair of releases from Shiraz Republic, home of Cornella Brewing or by Cornella Brewing, home of Shiraz Republic. I don't know.

Made by fermenting yellow muscat on skins until it's almost done, then transferring under pressure to a brewery tank where fermentation finishes completely dry, the sediment can settle, without risk of oxidation, before being packed up on the canning line.

The resultant wine is super fizzy, profoundly dry, and has great pops of fruit and funk. Sensational portable summer drinking.

Our delivery policy

We deliver locally (within 5km) between 5pm & 8pm every day we are open. Delivery is free and there are no minimums. Non local delivery is by Australia Post and costs $15 for all orders under $250. For more info, hit the button below.

It can be tricky, we know... sorry. Main street is your best bet, we can bring goods to your car click and collect style, or if you're brave, you can legally park out the front of the shop on Saturday, believe it or not.
