Rocche Costamagna Langhe Nebbiolo 2020 750ml

Nebbiolo from Langhe - though you could probably have guessed that from the title. Spectacular looking winery, a few km north of Barolo in La Morra. Really nice to sniff, blackberry and a little tar, liquorice, and pepper. Pretty generously textured for a wine from this part of the world; medium-bodied, juicy black fruit, plenty of soft fine tannins nicely integrated. Smart and smile inducing.
