Range Thin Ice Cold IPA 440ml

Notes from the brewery: On Thin Ice is a brand new Cold IPA, brewed with NZ Cascade Amplifire, Krush, Simcoe and Centennial. This is our second time brewing a Cold IPA, but the first time with a widespread release! We've fermented this baby nice and cold with our house lager strain on a malt base that is ultra lean featuring Pilsner malt, flaked corn and rolled rice. The colour is ultra pale with a bright white foam. This baby is a citrus bomb, with flavours and aromas of grapefruit, orange blossom, pine and hints of mandarin all dancing together beautifully. The bitterness is subdued but present making this an all-time crusher. You know what they say, if you're on thin ice, you might as well dance.
