Made from fruit grown in an "organic leaning" vineyard in the Yarra Valley about 250m above sea level. Deep inky colour, fun to sniff; reminds me a bit of Blackcurrant Soothers, cassis first then plum, strawberry, raspberry, smidge of eucalypt. Supple palate delivers heaps of berry goodness, framed by that pleasant eucalypt, dry poppy finish features very welcome bursts of blueberry. I love this stuff.
