Pascal's Pork Scratchings 100gm

We tried the range of 3099 Jerky at the recent Royal Show and absolutely loved them, they're made from outstanding topside beef, sliced not too thin, but still definitely jerky... this one is hard to articulate. It's not like tree bark, it still has some moisture, but not too much. Lovely gentle chilli prickle and warm spicy touches here too. Top stuff from top people. Local, too!
