Lino Ramble Sangiovese Rose Pet Nat 2021 750ml

Sangiovese grapes from McLaren Vale, cobbled into a Pet Nat by Andy at Lino Ramble. It's such a good grape for this style of wine, and I'd be barking for more of it were it not potentially robbing us of traditional table or couch Sangiovese. Bright and inviting to look at, it smells and tastes of cherries, berries, bitter orange, and spice, nicely grippy towards the back with gentle funk. Yummo.
