Lantana Gin 500ml

Produced on a sugarcane farm in between Childers and Bundaberg in Queensland. Their fresh cane is harvested then left to wild ferment before being distilled in a copper pot still. There it is infused with juniper and local botanicals, including a healthy dose of its namesake - Lantana, which is an invasive species widely planted over the farm - cleverly they tried to find a way to use this pest, instead of spraying, slashing, and burning and we are glad they did. It's a big, rich, oily textured Gin with quite a few quirks. We think it's ideal for the Gin lover who's "had them all" and we all know a few of those people ;) 40.0% alc/vol.
