Kristy Booth-Lark's Killara Distillery is just outside the picturesque village of Richmond in Tasmania, about an hour north of Hobart. This Vodka is an absolute ripper; spotlessly clean, sauced up a smattering of pepperberry & citrus. Generously textured, soft, almost creamy mouthfeel and a gentle hint of marshmallow down the back. Lovely for sipping.
