Cedar Fox Gin 700ml 42%

A local gin made by local legend Craig Westwood - this current material was distilled in his tiny little mad science laborotory on Gaffney street, across the road from Harmony Park. In 2021, Craig packed up his distillery and leased new premises near Batman station, where he's currently building a new distillery, cellar door and bar facilities. Very exciting action in the burg. 

This particular gin is enormous; big rich oily texture and a massive whack of juniper with a whole bouquet garni of spices lurking underneath. It makes a thrill seeker's G&T, and a cracker of a Martini when paired with Maidenii's Dry Vermouth.
