Fontaine Draught 440ml

The suburb of Botany in Sydney, just near the airport sure does back some brewing might in a small space. One Drop, Slow Lane and Fontaine all within 1km? Pretty impressive if you ask me. Can't wait to call into Fontaine next time I'm up north and check out what they're all about, so far their beers have been pretty smart, and this Kolsch (labelled Draught) is no exception. It's a straightforward, beer-flavoured beer - not heaps going on, but what's there is absolutely lovely. Light sweet bready malt, gentle spice and mild bitterness down back. Lots to nerd out over process-wise if you're so inclined, or just one to insert with responsible aplomb.
