Domaine Dupont is a famed producer of cider & calvados in Normandy, France and here they've taken a page from the whisky world's book and employed fancy schmancy casks to finish their calvados. This cask previously held Caroni Rhum from Trinidad. I haven't got around to trying this, yet. I keep trying to spot one on a bar somewhere - but am yet to find one. Should you spot it, please let me know?!
