Emmalene Sparkling Pinot Noir 2022 750ml

Methode Traditional young bubbles made from Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir. Pours a pale salmon colour with a long lasting, fine white fizz. The nose is soft and inviting, with ripe strawberry & dry biscuits, and grape candy notes. The palate is where this really comes to life; it's a big boned berry bomb, backed by a rosewater and lime aromatic framework, a nice grip towards the back, and a long dry finish with a lingering savouriness. Another absolute ripper from Emmalene.
