I admit I am guilty of being a bit of a Sauv Blanc basher. It's just low hanging fruit that I can't resist picking, but I should stop being a jerk about Sauv Blanc and wines like this are the reason why. Adelaide Hills G.I. fruit from vineyards in Forreston & Woodside.
Very pale lime green colour with an inviting nose of passionfruit, guava, and pineapple. The palate is light and fresh, spotlessly clean and dry delivering zippy passionfruit and hay flavours with a crisp, dry minerally finish. It's pretty yum stuff, and will be even more yum on a warm day.
