Dormilona Blanco 2023 750ml

Semillon grapes from Margaret River, organic and treated gently in the winery; picked in the cool morning before being pressed whole bunch, fermented cool in tank and left on lees for 4 months. Lovely fresh waxy apple, lime rind and blossom on the nose, fresh, racy palate - continues the floral and citrus theme, gentle water cracker thing going on underneath, zippy dry finish. Yummo. I feel a bit sorry for Semillon in Victoria. It's fricking yummy and criminally underrated.
