Chances are if you've had a cocktail in Melbourne that involved red vermouth, you've had Dolin Rouge. It's such good quality for the price that it is almost a crime to not use it. It doesn't have the intense punch, complexity or texture that other offerings have, but it is 2/3 if not less than the price of the premium vermouth offerings around town and the value proposition alone makes it worthy of your consideration.
