Defialy Que Sera, Sera Riesling Col Fondo 2022 750ml

Col Fondo sits somewhere in between Pet Nat and Traditional Method. Funkier than traditional fizz, but cleaner than a Pet Nat. This one's made from Mansfield grown Riesling and it's a cracker; murky straw in the glass with bright lime, lime marmalade and freshly baked sourdough on the nose, the palate continues the citrusy theme early before a little saltiness, maybe olive and spice emerges down back. Super stuff.
