Carmenere from Corop, Victoria - think there's something else in here too. Very pale colour, red liquorice and jubes on the nose, a mint sprig or two as well. The palate is lively; almost fizzy - juicy raspberry, mint, and pepper, spotlessly clean taut finish - a little tomato leaf and blackcurrant lingering. Quirky, but immensely appealing. Probably what Micah was going for.
