Defialy Controlled Chaos Grenache Syrah Blend 2023 750ml

This wine's made from 80% Grenache from Heathcote and 20% Syrah from Pyrenees. Micah makes wine from parcels of fruit then blends them as he sees fit. Sometimes the blends sound crazy, but inevitably they drink deliciously. I didn't write down anything about the colour, apologies, I was distracted by the nose "So perfumed, so aromatic, so lifted, so pure." Gosh, I must have well and truly been taken by the smell because I didn't write about the palate, either. Well done big brain.
