Blood Moon Storm Cabernets 2022 750ml

Cabernet Sauvignon with a little Merlot from the Grampians this time. Until 2022, Storm was a Yarra Valley GI wine, but the duplicitous nature of handling fruit from a phylloxera zone when you're also making wine from outside of one of these zones, and you're a one man band all proved a bit much. Great aromas; cedar, blackberry, a little stalk. Plush and silky palate, blackcurrant soothers, gentle spice, then olive bread, and tomato leaf towards the long dry finish.
