Vineyard - The Chalmers Heathcote Vineyard is an east facing sloped site comprised of the famous red Cambrian soils of the area. The lower vineyard from whence came this fruit, is deep red clay-loam. Chalmers aim to follow organic farming principles where possible and are transparent in their communication when it is not.

Winemaking - Harvested 6th March. 25% of the fruit was placed in the bottom of the fermenters, the rest gently destemmed over the top. Wild yeasts were allowed to complete the fermentation, with the cap being rolled under the juice by hand once a day for 17 days, before being pressed to old neutral French oak barrels for 6 months maturation. No additions apart from sulphur, no fining or filtration.

Our delivery policy

We deliver locally (within 5km) between 5pm & 8pm every day we are open. Delivery is free and there are no minimums. Non local delivery is by Australia Post and costs $15 for all orders under $250. For more info, hit the button below.

It can be tricky, we know... sorry. Main street is your best bet, we can bring goods to your car click and collect style, or if you're brave, you can legally park out the front of the shop on Saturday, believe it or not.
