Blood Moon Sang de Soleil Chenin Blanc 2022 750ml

Chenin from Sunbury made Methode Aulich; a little time on skins, a little sleep in old neutral French Oak. Bottled without fining or filtration. Slightly hazy; apple, quince, pear, spice and a little toast on the nose. The wine feels great to drink, it's lightish but has a fabulous texture, sort of dense and luxrurious, ripe crisp green apple, spices, again a little toast, then a lovely floral, crisp finish. He does such a good job.
