Roussanne from Sunbury, heaps of skin contact, wild yeast ferment, short sleep in old French oak, bottled without fining or filtration. Lovely inviting colour, delicate florals on the nose, the palate is much bigger than the nose suggests, texture galore, stonefruit lovely pepperiness, long dry finish. Quirky but delicious.
