Blood Moon Autumn Moon Shivers Nero D'Avola Sagrantino 2023 750ml

Nero d'Avola with a splash of Sagratino from Merbein in NW Victoria. Deep broody colour with plum and blood orange on the nose, spices there too. The palate is light, which is a surprise given the deep colour. It's plum driven, with more twigs and herbs, orange peel and kitchen spices down back, nice firm grip down back with a touch of leather and pepper through the finish.
