Bathurst Grange Distillery is on the site of a lovely old homestead that features a magnificent rose garden, not that you'd ever have guessed from the name of this Gin! It's got great lifted aromatics, generous palate weight and really nice balance. Makes a really nice aromatic perfumey Martini.
