Yangarra Estate Vineyard Blanc 2021 750ml

Inspired by the blends of Chateauneuf du Pape, this year-in-year-out reliable wine is made from Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Picpoul, Clairette and Bourblenc grapes that were organically grown. They're fermented in a mix of ceramic eggs and old French oak. Really light pale colour, nectarine, peach, and seaspray on the nose. Full-bodied; apple, nectarine, pear, a little spice and teeny tiny saline spray on the back. Really yummy fruit-forward, then savoury white vino.
