Chardonnay grapes grown organically in the Riverland, made big and oomphy by Zilzie. Big gold colour, peaches & cream, cashew & vanilla on the nose, the palate is big, punchy and bold. It's a pretty old fashioned, robust Chardy that punches well above its weight in a quality for price context; though it's big punchy flavours may upset those seeking the modern groovy Chardonnay that is lean and racy.
