Shiraz from the Humis Vineyard in Corop near Heathcote. I'd have loved to have seen my reaction fifteen years ago if you told me a Shiraz coming out of Heathcote would look like this....! It's so bright, groovy, polite and frickin' delicious that I'm almost almost scared to tell people it's Shiraz from Heathcote. Perhaps I'm carrying a bit of Robert Parker 16% oak bomb trauma?... Shut up Ryan.
