Wilkie Neighbours Fruit Pet Nat 2022 750ml

Tom makes Wilkie Wines out near Sunbury in the shared winery space headed up by Little Brunswick's Alex & Rob. Neighbours Fruit Pet Nat is made from hand picked Heathcote Shiraz grapes. In the glass it looks fantastic, a lively fizz and a bright inviting colour. Aromas of raspberry & cherry, a little balsamic glaze pop out. The palate continues the taut red fruit theme, a little powdery grip and a peppery funky flourish towards the finish seal the deal. This wine's a ripper. Love the artwork, too.
