Wildflower's classic golden ale refermented on Pinot Noir from Kooyong in the Mornington Peninsula. It pours a murky light crimson with a gentle spritz. The aromas take some agitation and coaxing to get going, but once the beer hits temperature it's like a kaleidoscopic aroma - with every tilt, twist, or twizzle of the glass, you get something different from the funky spectrum. The palate is light and again multidimensional it's so complex and intriguing, but nothing overtly sticks out. It is delightful but requires time and consideration. If you're looking for something to rapidly insert into your dome, this ain't it.
