White Possum Naked Dark Cacao 500ml

This curious concoction is made at White Possum's distillery in Spotswood, Victoria. Fermented Cacao is soaked in spirit for a few months, before being blended with botanical infusions and tinctures and some dark sugar. The resultant liqueur is full of Chocolate flavours framed by a bitter, floral and herbaceous backbone. An ideal drink post-dinner, or for souping up an Espresso Martini.
