Piquette is a clever, resourceful product that is produced by rehydrating pressed, fermented grape must then re-fermenting it. While it's a wine product, it will find favour with lovers of sour beer, and it's gluten-free to boot.
This one is made from Grenache and really bright, juicy; full of red fruit with really crisp acidity and a touch of funk. It's absolutely delectable. 5.8% alc/vol.
