Ripe tomatoes cooked up into a rich sauce with a heap of South Asian spices before being blended with malt vinegar, sugar & salt, Ultra Culture's take on Kasundi is a very hedonistic one. It's dense and intensely flavoured, and goes great on a BBQ sausage in white bread (yeah, it's my guilty pleasure too!) or blended with yoghurt to make a dip or marinade or just consumed by the glass/bathtub. It's that good.
