It's not often I taste something and I'm lost for words. After all, putting flavour thoughts into words is what keeps a roof over my head and a drink in my glass. This stuff challenged me though. It's sweet up front and has like a sourdough bread savouriness, and creaminess, with beautifully aromatic floral pepper pinned up by a gentle warm prickle and gentle tart finish. It's so complex, interesting and downright delicious that I don't know what to do with myself. Could consume in significant quantities.
