Victorian Jalapenos (I can't read this word without thinking of the scene from Trailer Park Boys) fermented with garlic under a salt cap before being blended with a house-made vinegar and a stack of spices. This stuff is frickin' delicious. It's warm, but not excessively hot, incredibly tasty, a little funky, a little tart, exotic and delicious. This goes really well on top of a taco, or just on corn chips.
