Garlic and Victorian Habaneros fermented under a salt cap until at their prime, then mashed and blended with a housemade vinegar. It's a bright red colour, has plenty of flavour framed by heat, zip, pepperiness and freshness - it's sensational on just about anything you'd use a pepper sauce on, my favourite is scrambled eggs. A little of this sauce goes a really long way.
