An incredible sauce produced from lactobacillus fermented cucumbers & chillies, miso, vinegar, mushroom & spices this stuff is an outstanding umami bomb that's great on grilled protein, added to broths or anything that requires a bit more savoury punch. It's in ongoing production with fruit sourced from Victoria in the summer and Queensland in the cooler months. Of all the Ultra Culture sauces we've had open to taste, this one's the most popular.
