
Piquette is a clever little product. You rehydrate the grape solids after the juice/wine has been pressed, then re-ferment, resulting in a deliciously crisp, funky low ABV, tart drink that's somewhere in between a sour beer, and pet nat. This one's a ripper of an example, it's like fizzy bubbly funky Ribena that doesn't finish sweet, but super tart. Incredibly refreshing on a hot day.
