Tidy Town Shiraz Pet Nat 2022 750ml

Alex & Rob make this funky fizzy red from Shiraz grapes grown on Gary Rice's vineyard in Stawell. Once the juice starts fermenting, it is bottled and it completes the primary fermentation in the bottle. It pours a deep inky purple colour with a short-lived salmon bead. Gentle ongoing fizz, red fruit, cocoa, pepper, and herbs on the nose, it's medium-bodied and fruit-forward at first, before a super peppery, soda dry grippy finish. This is exotic and adventurous drinking.
