That Spirited Lot Ninch Dry Gin 700ml

This 'Ninch' (locals refer to the Mornington Peninsula as the 'ninch') Gin is produced exclusively in the pot still. It has a huge juniper, citrus, pepper, seaweed and lapsang souchong aroma. A rich, almost unctuous creamy oily body carrying all of the flavours promised by the nose, and a really polite juniper and pepper finish. A really polished, refined Gin. 

That Spirited Lot is a small independent distillery in Seaford, Victoria. They produce spirits using a pot and a column still. The column allows them to achieve great yields and consistent results, while the pot creates more expensive, characterful spirits.
