Marsanne & Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Orange, NSW. Pale orange colour, quite murky after you give it a shake. This stuff has an incredible nose; orange blossom, honeysuckle, passionfruit & guava. The fruits and florals promised by the nose appear in spades in the front 3/4 of the palate, before a dry, savoury twist with a little blood orange, and grapefruit bitterness. You could put this stuff through a SodaStream and feed it to a Hazy IPA fiend and they'd properly lose their minds. It's so juicy and so frickin' delicious.
