Schwarz Eden Valley Riesling 2021 750ml

Schwarz has been one of the most consistent producers we've had the pleasure of dealing with, so we grabbed this on spec based on their consistency, and the cracking vintage 2021 was. A little out of sorts, but we finally got around to trying it. Not in a proper, technical sense, but in a quaff while eating fried dumplings at Wang Wang sense. It's citrusy, pithy, crisp, and refreshing and is definitely great with fried and/or spicy food. Probably will look even better with a few years' sleep in a cool dark place.
