So, we’ve pushed hard to reduce our CO2 emissions over the last 7 years. We produce up to 60% less CO2 per liter of beer than the global industry average, and have a goal to hit zero direct CO2 emissions by 2025 – will we hit it? Maybe, with your help…and the help of our CO2 reclaim unit.

This innovative system enables us to capture approximately 80% of the CO2 generated during fermentation, which we then reuse in the packaging process to add those glorious bubbles to your beer. To date, this initiative has successfully captured 40,000 kilos of CO2, with the potential to capture over 100,000 kilos annually.

We are also tackling this goal with the help of Mother Earth, through our reforestation initiative. We strive to protect, preserve and re-establish the ecosystems of our farm. Since 2017, we’ve planted over 50,000 trees, and counting!
