Emily is a non-vintage Sparkling Wine made from Chardonnay & Pinot Noir grown in the King Valley. It's owned by the family famous up there for rescuing Buller wines from the brink. They have long roots in agriculture in that neck of the woods and have a vested interest in seeing the success and growth in the region. Super wholesome activity going on in a spectacular part of the state. It pours a pale toasty colour with a coarse bead and persistent bubble. The palate is crisp with peach, strawberry, and biscuit flavours. A clean, dry, slightly nutty finish. It is a great value family-owned Victorian wine with no business being as delicious as it is for the coin.
