One Drop Double Take Imperial Boysenberry Sour 440ml

Double Take is One Drop's heavily fruited, no-sweetness series of Imperial Sours. This one manages to pack 420gm of Boysenberry into a litre of unfermented beer, so there is circa 185gm of fruit used to make this 440ml beer. About a punnet. Insane. The liquid is a deep purple colour, and throws incredible boysenberry aromatics out as soon as you crack the tin - you can smell it from a mile away. The palate is juicy and bright, it explodes with boysenberry flavour up front and a wickedly tart crunchy dry finish. This stuff is incredible.
